u4gm Diablo 4 Season 11 Resplendent Sparks guide tips
Diablo 4 is about to change in a big way with Season 11, the Season of Divine Intervention, and if you are not paying attention you can easily mess up your long‑term gear plans, especially your Diablo 4 Items. Normally a new season means rolling a fresh character, checking out the new gimmick, then moving on, but this time a lot of the power updates are baked into the core game. That means plenty of people will stay in Eternal, keep pushing their old builds, or finish off stuff from Season 10. If that is you, there is one rule you really cannot ignore right now: do not craft any Mythic Uniques yet.
Why Mythics Can Wait
It is really tempting to burn your Resplendent Sparks the second you have enough and grab that Mythic, because it feels like a huge spike and the season is almost over anyway. The issue is how Blizzard handles items when big systems change. Any Mythic you craft before the Season 11 patch lands is flagged as “Legacy” as soon as the new update goes live. Legacy in Diablo usually means it is stuck in the old rules. You can still wear it, but it will not interact properly with the new upgrade systems and you will always know you are leaving power on the table. So every spark you spend now is one you cannot use on the new, fully upgradeable versions that arrive with the patch.
Stacking Sparks With The Rep Trick
If you have not been using the Season 10 reputation trick, you are basically walking past free loot. It is boring, sure, but it is way easier than banging your head against Uber Lilith for a tiny chance at something good. The loop goes like this: on your main, go to the Infernal Warp and find Shyan. Buy a bunch of Warp Scrolls, something like 89 just to be safe, and dump them straight in your stash. Do not pop them. Then log out and make a fresh character of the same class as your main so the gear you get later is actually usable. Run the “Sands of Chaos” seasonal quest only far enough to unlock the Season 10 rep board, nothing fancy.
How To Turn Rep Into Sparks
Once that board is open, grab those Warp Scrolls from your stash on the new alt and use the lot in one go. Your reputation will shoot up to max rank, somewhere around 22,500 rep, and the whole board is suddenly finished. Claim every cache from the reputation page, but do not open them on that alt. Instead, push them all back into the stash, log back onto your main, and open them there. Each full loop like this hands you a guaranteed Resplendent Spark, plus a pile of other stuff that might help rounding out your build. It is repetitive, but the time‑to‑spark ratio is really strong.
Play Now, Craft Later
Over the next few days, the smart play is to treat your sparks like a savings account. Keep running that rep route, stack as many as you can, and just live with your current Mythics or Uniques for a bit longer. The moment Season 11 goes live you will be able to craft fresh Mythics that plug into the new systems, scale properly, and actually feel like long‑term investments, especially if you also top them up with things like a well‑timed buy diablo 4 runes purchase. If you rush and craft now, you will log in after the patch, look at those “Legacy” tags, and know you burned hours of farming on items that are already out of date.
