Go back to the future and the Stock should be sitting in the hole.

Building it safely at the truck bench

When you've got all four parts, head to the truck in the middle and spend the Essence to open it. Melee the workbench inside to reveal the mold, then craft—but don't do it while a wave is licking your heels, because the animation will get you killed.
